Havari Cairn is a product of Havari™ LLC. By downloading, installing or using Havari Cairn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Provided as is

Havari Cairn is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or that it will work without error or interruption.

2. No claims of accuracy

Havari Cairn's answers come from an AI model reading books, articles and maps stored on your drive. AI models make mistakes. Books contain errors and go out of date. Maps change. Nothing Havari Cairn says, quotes or shows is guaranteed to be correct, current or complete.

3. You are responsible for verifying everything

You alone are responsible for checking any information from Havari Cairn against other sources and your own judgement before acting on it. This is especially true for anything to do with health, medicine, safety, food, water, navigation, law or survival. Havari Cairn is not a doctor, a rescue service or a professional of any kind, and nothing in it is professional advice.

4. Not for emergencies alone

In an emergency, contact emergency services if you possibly can. Havari Cairn is a reference to help when nothing else is available. It is not a substitute for trained help.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havari LLC and anyone involved in making or distributing Havari Cairn will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Havari Cairn or anything it contains or produces. Your only remedy is to stop using it.

6. Third-party content

The books, articles, maps and AI models inside Havari Cairn are made by others under their own licences. Havari LLC does not own them and makes no claims about them. Their own terms apply. In particular: Wikipedia, Wiktionary and Wikibooks are CC BY-SA; maps are © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) via Protomaps; the Hesperian Health Guides, iFixit and wikiHow are free for non-commercial use and are fetched by the installer from their publishers onto your own drive, they are not sold here; the AI models are Meta Llama under the Llama licence. Nothing here is medical advice; the books quoted are.

7. Your drive, your data

Havari Cairn runs on your own computer from your own drive. Havari LLC does not see what you ask it or write in it. You are responsible for your drive, your backups and your own computer.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The current version is always at hcp.havari.org/terms.
